NOT in a florist shop, they're right there - for you to smell and see and enjoy! Beats the heck out of the wimpy begonias in my yard, or the snow laden trees in yours!!

OK. How DO pineapples grow??? Now there is a great triva question! Someone I know (who shall remain nameless), but is generally a VERY smart cookie, thought that pineapples grow under ground! Wow - imagine that person's amazement when they were shown that, they grow on a bush! It almost looks like the local grocer, just glued a picture perfect, ready-to-eat pineapple, right off the shelf, onto this pointy, sharp, yet unremarkable bush! WHO KNEW? I did - that's who!!
